Rocketman picked me up several IPhone 4S covers for me when he was in Korea during this past year and I know I will not be using all of them. So why not a give away! Leave a message in this post and you will be entered to win this never been used IPhone 4S cover. I will draw the winner Saturday morning. Good luck!!
On my daily walk, I noticed these in one of the trees. I have no idea what they are but they sure look kinda spooky for Halloween. I love Fall!
I also noticed that a neighbor put up this neighborhood lending library in their front lawn. It's such a cool idea and I'm such a book lover.
I also have a question for y'all. We have these holes all over out lawn. They are everywhere and we have no idea what they are or who did them. If you have any answers, we'd sure appreciate them.
Good luck on the IPhone cover!!

You have moles!!! So sorry!!! VERY hard to get rid of!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the lending library! Do you remember Celia from Weller??? She reports that many airports now have lending libraries!!
HATE the stupid Blogger word verification and the #1 reason I don't comment more often! I'm on my fifth attempt at commenting.... UGH
Becky, what a fun give away. Thank you. I have enjoyed your blogs about Korea. I lived there in 72 and have continued to have fond memories.... I would love to go back and see how the country has changed....

Becky, those holes look like they were made by an armadillo. I don’t know if you have them in Minnesota but we sure have them in Mississippi.
ReplyDeleteCute I Phone case, if I win I just might have to get an I Phone… Annette
First, the nieghborhood lending library looks like it is one of the Little Free Library boxed....some people in my neighborhood have them and they are lovely. http://www.littlefreelibrary.org/
ReplyDeleteSecond, I believe those are holes from skunks digging up grubs. We had to kill the grubs to get rid of the hole-digging skunks.

Those holes are made by gophers. I do have them all over my yard. They are smaller and faster than squirrels. There is no easy way to get rid of them unfortunately. I do know one conventional way to eliminate them so send me an email and I will let you know what that is.
ReplyDeleteThe iPhone cover is really cute.
I love fall too but childishly I admit that it makes me feel a little bit more lonely to see couples enjoying it together. :(
