Cooking at The Dormy

Our home for the next 26 days will be The Dormy. It is an extended stay hotel with limited cooking immenities. This is the utensil drawer. It consists of a couple spoons and chopsticks.

These are the dishes that are provided. The bowls are tiny and are not much use for us.

It also comes with two tiny pots.

So I went to a local kitchen shop located in a back alley near the Suwon Station. I bought a few things to help out until we move and we receive our air shipment.

I also got a call from Mr. Choi, my 76 year old yoga buddy and he wants to meet tomorrow for lunch. I haven't seen him since we arrived and Rocketman is not thrilled. He still remembers when Mr. Choi wanted to be my boyfriend. He's always been eager to help me (and Rocketman) and has been a big help. We are having lunch also with his wife and granddaughter. I'll let you know how it goes.

  1. OMGoodness, I didn't know you went back! I really need to read and catch up about you! I was checking to see if you went to CHA, obviously not (me either).

Love the pictures of the little stuff. The bowls you bought look perfect.

I hope Rocketman is feeling better and everything is better with his eyes. Need to check on that too!

I'm behind, too many life things going on :O)
    Hugs from icy Texas!

  2. Hi Molly! It happened very quickly and we are looking at finding a retinal specialist here for his checkups.
